sounds like the person is confused as to where their life is heading. His thoughts are confusing, he knows that he's not doing himself any good, but carries on. Possibly a link with drugs?

The reason I'm singing on both of them is because I do all the demos myself and sing on all the tracks. As the sessions wear on, it becomes apparent who's going to sing what because of the way the songs are going. It just became apparent that those were the two songs I'd sing. I've always loved this song since the first time I heard it back in 2000...something about it just touches me, I guess it's that feeling of being lost and uncertainty that Noel sings about..."and I'm not sure if it'll ever ever ever work out right..."
i think sunday morning call could be about feeling unsure where they are or where they are going. there is great reassurance in noel's voice when he sings " It's alright, it's okay" Beautiful song
i love this song so much its unbelievable has to be one of my favourite oasis songs
