Thirty dirty birds Sitting on a curb Chirping and Burping And eating Dirty earthworms
Along comes Herbie From thirty-third And third Saw the thirty Dirty birds Sitting on a curb Chirping and Burping And eating Dirty earthworms Boy he was Disturbed
Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.
Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.
Punctuation counts (but vibe-editing doesn’t)
Correct typos? Yes. Re-punctuating a whole verse because it ‘looks better’? Probably not. Keep capitalization and punctuation close to the official source.
Don’t mix versions
If you’re editing the explicit version, keep it explicit. If it’s the clean version, keep it clean. No mashups.
Let the lyrics be lyrics
This isn’t the place for interpretations, memories, stories, or trivia — that’s what comments are for. Keep metadata, translations, and bracketed stage directions out unless they’re officially part of the song.
Edit lightly
If two lines are wrong… fix the two lines. No need to bulldoze the whole page. Think ‘surgical,’ not ‘remix.’
When in doubt, ask the crowd
Not sure what they’re singing in that fuzzy bridge? Drop a question in the comments and let the music nerds swarm. Someone always knows.
Never knew this was a song. Well personally, i think this is a very deep song. I can really relate to the undercurrents of emotion running through the sweeping chorus and the beautiful harmonys. The breathtaking lyrics just make it all the more stunning. A true classic of our time. If only they made more songs like this. In fact, all their songs should be like this. Come to think of it, all their songs should be this. With different names, and possibly different animals. Like marmosets.
sorry guys, but thirty dirty birds is actually an old camp fire song that flea and ak used to sing when they went camping together during high school. as is 'they're red hot' from blood sugar sex magik. sorry to spoil your fun.
This "song" sounds like someone is burping the alphabet.lol but i still like it, and yes it's a song that one of the chili's sang at camp when they were young.
Well, you see, the earthworms symbolize the underclass, the downtrodden, the minorities, be they minorities of religion, race, creed, sexual orientation, or whatever. Its not bad enough that these worms live their life out on a curb, on the harsh, sharp, hot, rough, unforgiving concrete, but NO! They are wontonly eaten and burped up by a whole flock of birds who not only sit around eating them when they are already defenseless enough, but have the nerve to SING as they do it! Then, Herbie walks by, and sees what happening. Herbie gets disturbed. Hopefully, Herbie takes action.
Okay, holy shit, I was kidding when I wrote that, but now it makes too much sense. I scare myself...

The song is about thirty dirty birds who are chirping, burping, and eating dirty earthworms while sitting on a curb.
