Bilinda Butcher wrote the lyrics to this song. She said in an interview that the lyrics were inspired by the migraine headaches she would get and her son having asthma. So, I guess it's basically coping with your child's illness while you got one of your own.

This song is basically about sex obviously if you listen to the lyrics or read it or whatever. I had no clue what they meant when I first heard this song then I read the lyrics on the internet and I was totally shocked thinking, "Destiny's Child is never this sexual." at least I dont think hearing other songs from them that dont sound too sexual.
