I suppose that a brain shake is that she is such a "joy to ride" (that is have sex with) that his brain is shaking.
I thought maybe it could have been about a car, but the blue denim line and use of the word woman, leave little doubt. ACDC sing a lot about sex and partying ... this is song follows a similar vain. Not one of their best efforts, but true to form for the band.
