This song is about a bad crash Brian Johnson had a few years before joining ac/dc. He walked away but some people didn't, it was a bad one and he was very lucky. I think he talks about it in his book.
Its about a person who feels they can do nothing right so possibly causes a car crash or is the victim to one because of their careless attitude. A testement to us all the wake-up when driving. I'm talking to you slow boy!!!!

I was in a crash today. Bad for the cars, their fucked bad, but all the people are ok. I can see how this song works, you know, if the crash was worse... you'd be kicking yourself like that.
