Rock 'n' Roll Ain't Noise Pollution Lyrics
(Alright)
Hey there, all you middle men
Throw away your fancy clothes
And while you're out there sittin' on a fence
So get off your ass and come down here
'Cause rock 'n' roll ain't no riddle man
To me it makes good, good sense
Good sense
Ow
Oh yeah
Heavy decibels are playing on my guitar
We got vibrations coming up from the floor
We're just listening to the rock that's giving too much noise
Are you deaf, you wanna hear some more
We're just talkin' about the future
Forget about the past
It'll always be with us
It's never gonna die, never gonna die
Rock 'n' roll ain't noise pollution
Rock 'n' roll ain't gonna die
Rock 'n' roll ain't noise pollution
Rock 'n' roll it will survive
Yes it will, ha ha ha ha
I took a look inside your bedroom door
You looked so good lying on your bed
Well, I asked you if you wanted any rhythm and love
You said you wanna rock 'n' roll instead
We're just talkin' about the future
Forget about the past
It'll always be with us
It's never gonna die, never gonna die
Rock 'n' roll ain't noise pollution
Rock 'n' roll ain't gonna die
Rock 'n' roll ain't no pollution
Rock 'n' roll is just rock 'n' roll
Oh Rock 'n' roll ain't noise pollution
Rock 'n' roll ain't gonna die
Rock 'n' roll ain't no pollution
Rock 'n' roll it will survive
Rock 'n' roll ain't no pollution
Rock 'n' roll it'll never die
Rock 'n' roll ain't no pollution
Rock 'n' roll
Oh
Rock 'n' roll is just rock 'n' roll
Hey there, all you middle men
Throw away your fancy clothes
And while you're out there sittin' on a fence

Wow! if anybody does not understand what this song means than you need HELP! ROCK N ROLL WILL NEVER DIE! no matter what happens no matter what new age shit comes out "it will always be with us it's never gonna die"!
SO FUCK ALL OF YOU WHO SAY ROCK IS DEAD!!
R.I.P Bon Scott!
Even though Bon Scott died, Rock & Roll will survive no matter what! No wonder it was the last song in the album, just to let people know, it's going to be alright. AC/DC \m/.

Well said by the person before me. THIS SONG IS THE ANTHEM FOR EVERYTHING THAT ROCK N ROLL STANDS FOR! This is my all time favorite AC/DC song! I just blast it everytime I hear it and I love playin it on guitar. ROCK N ROLL FOREVER!
A very good start, with the song's riff strummed lightly on the guitar, leading into the pickup of the drums and Brian Johnson's voice, calling out to the "middlemen" to stop living up to the snobs and come down join the rock & roll, because "too me it makes good, good sense". And then it blasts into the meat of the song. What makes it so good is that it clearly states what so many of us live to show, that rock is always going to be around and that it's never going to die no matter how many obstacles it faces down the way. It also said that the band did not care that they were largely panned by music critics at the time, and that no matter what is said about them, they were not going to go away or stop playing the same old loud fist-risen rock for anyone. And that is why they are still around today and have massive and loyal support from fans. And of course, as the end of the song states, it's the bare-bones fact, "Rock & roll is just rock & roll."
"rock 'n' roll ain't no riddle man"
This line says all you need to know about AC/CD. They don't do anything fancy. They JUST ROCK!
The beat is what intially drew me to this song, not to mention how much this song kicks major arse. I could imagine a group of hardcore bikies on the road to this song...
i'm not a big hardcore biker type... but this remains for me the truest rock and roll anthem.. and the beat is frickin awesome.. in my opinion.. like right at the beginning, the open riff when it's just the guitar... mmm.. makes my spine tingle.. angus is a genius:-)
Yah munch. Such a great song. All about how they say fuck you to the record companys, they were trying to fase out rock and roll music and go more to hair metal and such. So they said fuck that and told em how it really is One of the Greatest RnR anthems by far!
I agree with iluvery1 this song is the best rock and roll anthem ever!
Long live the gods of rock! I see this as one last attempt to keep rock where it is. I actually get sad when I hear this song, they are defending the music they love so much and now it doesn't even exist anymore. Now the closest thing we have is Jet and the Darkness. So sad...
i agree gimpy...music sucks nowadays, huh? anywho, it meeeans....rock n' roll ain't noise pollution. just don't overanalyze it!
