Black Diamond Lyrics
Out on the street for a living
You know it's only begun
They've got you under their thumb
Out on the street for a living
And it is only begun
Doing all that you can
And now you're under their thumb
Oooh, black diamond
Oooh, black diamond
Out on the street for a country
And it's only a dream
Got other people marching
And it's only a way
Out on the street for a living
You know it is only begun
Regardless a street or a country
They got you under their thumb
You know it's only begun
They've got you under their thumb
And it is only begun
Doing all that you can
And now you're under their thumb
Oooh, black diamond
And it's only a dream
Got other people marching
And it's only a way
You know it is only begun
Regardless a street or a country
They got you under their thumb

Actually an old Kiss song, which surrprised me a bit because they honestly make it sound a bit more like it was one of the darker Bruce Springsteen songs.
First time I heard this song, I was like "Damn, that really sounds like Kiss." Turned out I was right.
Comparisons are annoying, sorry, and this may mean NOTHING to anyone but me, but this blows the original away.
Whenever I hear this song, it brings back fond memories of some of the dicey downhill skiing adventures I somehow survived. :-)
