This is a song written for Life Of Agony's leadsinger Keith caputo his mom brandy duvall, who died when he was very young... In the song he try's to figure out how things would be, he never knew his mom very well so he pretends and says, 'mommy it's me it's keith' so he is actually dreaming about having his mom with him.

ya, i assumed it was about his mom, but i thought it would be more as if she had alheizemers or something like that. but obviously thats not true if wat i read above is true
