Can't believe there's no comment on this fantastic song. Lyrics are straightforward. Despite the breakup, she's still in love with her ex, although it has been for a while now. Reminds me of my own situation, I still love my ex and miss her despite it's been several years now. Every day I think of her. O well life goes on :-p
The meaning is pretty straightforward I think. She’s missing someone she has true and strong feelings for. It seems he’s gone away and she doesn’t know why. She believes Their love will stand the test of time and she also knows as soon as he comes back all it will take is a touch from him to make things like they were. But since he went away, every hour and every day has been hard to get through.
