i know this doenst make a huge difference but it was Dan's brother who commited suicide. man that guy went through alot his step brother died inn a car accident and his other brother killed himself, and with all his panic attacks and obsessive compulsive disorder and post traumatic stress sydrom, its a wonder that guy can go on.

yeah, it's weird because i went and saw them a few times on their last tour and at two of the shows dan said that the song was about a friend of his that killed himself after his girlfriend broke up with him and at another one dan said that it was about his brother...

i can't believe there aren't more postings on this song, it's amazing. the combination of speaking and dan's interesting vocals .... it just so powerful!

that is breathetaking. when i listen to this part, i picture an open field, and black clouds encircling all around. this is just such a powerful song; as are all of Zao's songs.

this is one of the best songs that zao has ever written. unlike most bands who just write angry music all the time, yet they dont really feel it, zao writes music that could sound much more angry than anything, yet it is so beautiful and heartfelt. zao is by far the best hardcore band ever, even though i also love norma jean.
