Yeah I saw this guy live and he is a really talented musician.

Waitingonyou - It's on the "Freak Out...It's Ben Kweller" album. There are only a 1,000 or so copies out there. I think you'll be able to find it using a peer-to-peer network. Best of luck. It's an awesome EP.
