Secure Horizons Lyrics

yea i know
i pissed away a lot of dough

what a waste of time
i spent every dime
not planning for a sound financial future

invested in the good times
you gotta learn to diversify
livin' large on the west side

inside tip
a high yield blue chip
the interest rates will fall
open gutter mall
planning for a sound financial future

invested in the good times
you gotta learn to diversify
livin' large on the west side

started out with pocket change
learned about capital gains
reinvest my dividends
the dow is on the rise again yeah

oh yeah

ring goes the final bell
bioteck did fairly well
power lunch with michael dell
really didn't go so well yeah

oh yeah

started with some pocket change
learned about capital gain
reinvest my dividends yeah
the dow is on the rise again
ring goes the final bell
bioteck did fairly well yeah
now our mall is pretty fucking tall
the merger spawned a split
monopolize then quit that shit
you got to secure your financial future
your financial future

invested in the good times
you gotta learn to diversify
livin' large on the west side

future invested in the good times
you gotta learn to diversify
livin' large on the west side

future

very good song

easily one of my favorite song, especially when he says 'started out with pocket change' for the first time.

This is tongue in cheek guttermouth at its best. Marks best lyrics arent as juvenile as Lipstick or 123 Slam, its songs like this that really show his genius. Guttermouths younger fans may not appreciate it, but anybody can fart into a mic and call it funny, hopefully Guttermouth will realize that are better than that.

i love the line 'invested in the good times'

pretty much sounded like when they prefered to party, but just to save for the future you have to deal with all the bullshit in the markets, but as you get older you realize it's necessary.

or in gutter mouth fashion they're mocking people who get caught up in that and prefer to invest in the good times.
