This is a good song, but it's really tough for me to listen to. When I was going through one of my toughest break ups, this song said exactly what was on my mind. I think the song means basically that every day apart from this guy is harder. She's totally heart broken and the only thing that'll fix it is to be with him again.
I couldn't have said it better myself, Sweetie2004. This song is so good, so emotional! If you ever see the video, there's a part where one of the girls at the party looks into her cup and makes a funny face. It has been said (on inside shows to the music videos) that there is a band-aid floating in her cup...yummy!
i love this song. its such a good pop-country song, along with cyndi's other songs. i love how she describes it and it's not a completely personal experience, so it's easy for anyone to be like "i remember when that happened to me...."
I love this song! I hadn't heard it in years, but I always remembered it. It's on my iPod now :)
