This is from a compilation called DGC Rarities. The title is supposed to be a play on "Evenflow" by Pearl Jam. It sort of sounds like he's making it up as he goes along, but if there is a meaning to it, it's another song about the fakeness of the music scene ala "Pay No Mind".
