I feel stupid
But I know it won't last too long
And I've been guessing
And I could've been guessing wrong
You don't know me now
I kinda thought that you should somehow
It's that whole mad season got you down

Well I feel stupid
But it's something that comes and goes
And I've been changing
I think it's funny how no one knows
And we don't talk about the little things that we do without
When the whole mad season comes around

So why you gotta stand there looking like the answer now
It seems to me you come around
I need you now
Do you think you can cope, you've figured me out
That I'm lost and I'm hopeless
I'm bleeding and broken
Though I've never spoken
I come undone
In this mad season

I feel stupid
But I think I've been catching on
I feel ugly
But I know that I still turn you on
You've grown colder now
Torn apart angry, turned around
Will that whole mad season knock you down
So are you gonna stand there
Or are you gonna help me out

We need to be together now
I need you now
Do you think you can cope
You've figured me out
That I'm lost and I'm hopeless
I'm bleeding and broken
Though I've never spoken
I come undone
In this mad season

And now I'm crying
Isn't that what you want
And I'm trying to live my life on my own
But I'm holding on to old times
I do believe I am strong
So someone tell me why, why, why
Do I, I, I
Feel stupid
And I come undone
Well I come undone

I need you now
Do you think you can cope, you've figured me out
That I'm lost and I'm hopeless
I'm bleeding and broken
Though I've never spoken

Well, I need you now
Do you think you can cope you figured me out
I'm a child and I'm hopeless
I'm bleeding and broken
Though I've never spoken
I come, oh I come undone
In this mad season
In this mad season
It's been a mad season
Been a mad season

Classic love story true to his western tx roots. One of my favorites as a story, but I think there are alot of songs that are amazing not even listed on this site. I guess I should figure out how to add them, because I have about 8 REK cd's.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.
