I Whipped Batman's Ass Lyrics

Batman got on my nerves
He was running me amok
He ridiculed me calling me a bum

I wupped Batman's ass
I wupped Batman's ass
I wupped Batman's ass
I wupped Batman's ass
I wupped Batman's ass
I wupped Batman's ass

Batman thought he was bad
He was a fucking asshole in the first place
He got knocked to the floor

I wupped Batman's ass (5x)

Batman beat the hell out of me and knocked me to the floor
I got back up and knocked him to the floor
He was being such a jackoff

I wupped Batman's ass (11x)

Wesley Willis is so complex.

I mean, any ordinary artist would have written made this song and "I Whipped Superman's Ass" the same, but not the great Mr. Willis. Lines like "Batman beat the hell out of me and knocked me to the floor, I got back up and knocked him to the floor" truly capture the incessant rat race of this culture.

Or maybe it's just a schizo with a keyboard.

If you ever wondered what a Big Black Homeless paranoid-schizaphrenic with a casio key board sounds like, now you now. His songs rock Saddam Hussan's ass. Rock over London, Rock on Chicago.

Come on now.....we've heard the guitar masters...Johnny, Jeff,Frank,Carlos...we've heard the keyboard, drum, vocal and bass masters...but to produce such an entertaining genre of music with a bad voice and a casio....hey...this guy deserves credit...this shit is catchy in it's own perverse way, and what the music lacks, is more than made up for in it's everyday lyrical observations mixed with dilusions...it's like Seinfeld on crack with a casio, but better than the sum of it's parts Rock over London, rock on Chicago..Wesley, we love you like a milkshake !

I believe that this song is a reppraisal of how we normally view super-heroes. That is to say, usually, we are content to view these so-called "heroes" as men or women who only exist to do good, even though it is abundantly clear that on many occasions they have engaged in questionable - or even downright villanous - behavior. The song also challenges the notion that everyday people would not be able to overpower someone like Batman, who, it should be noted, is just a human being like everyone else. Thus, Willis is able to proclaim "I w(h)upped Batman's ass" as a mantra not only for questioning "conventional" knowledge but also for believing in yourself.

I'm gonna have to agree with Haggis. Some people on here try to put big, elaborate meanings to Wesley Willis songs, but he real,ly was just a crazy guy with a casio. Though I do find bugmenot123's interpretation to be an interesting one, I highly doubt he was thinking of that when he wrote it.
