This song is all about holidays in America. Or more specifically if there was an 'Abortion Holiday' where everyone in America could go and get an abortion on the chosen day.
By 'abortion candy machine' Casey means abortions being handed out like candy.
and by price of reality, he is asking 'Is this what reality is about' 'is this what we call reality?'

I just recently saw Amen at the Reading Festival 2002. I was in a massive pit for almost all of thier set. The last tune that they played was The price of reality, and for that last tune, the pit got even more violent, it was amazing. Later, I waited ages to meet Amen in the signing tent, it was amazingly good, and I shook hands with the John "Tumor" guy who used to be in Snot.
I guess if you take the song literally then it would be as ganjaman marvin said. I'm not to sure it's meant to be taken literally but I don't know anything else it could be about. Great song though.
