In the next world war
In a jack knifed juggernaut
I am born again

In the neon sign
Scrolling up and down
I am born again

In an interstellar burst
I am back to save the universe

In a deep, deep sleep
Of the innocent
I am born again

In a fast German car
I'm amazed that I survived
An airbag saved my life

In an interstellar burst
I am back to save the universe

In an interstellar burst
I am back to save the universe

In an interstellar burst
I am back to save the universe

I think that this song is about the concept of cryonics (preservtion of people after they have died, so that they can be brought back to life in the future).

The term "airbag" is a metaphor for the concept of preservation of humans in cryonics(they are put into a "airbag" to be preserved for the future).

phrases like "in a deep deep sleep of the innocent, I am born agian". This means that these people will not be alive for a long period of time and will be "sleeping" basicaly "dead" and then be suddenly alive.

Other phases such as "in the next world war", "i am born agian" they will be born again in the "next world war" the future "in an intersteller burst i am back to save the universe" the use of cryonics the people dont realise it put years have drifted away and then they are back.

I think you get the idea how this song relates to this theory
