First of all...it's sad that this song has no comments. This song is about being LONESOME and JEALOUS. Great song...simple but great.
kiefy24 is right, I'd just like to add that it's also about the movie "She's all that" (just like "And 10 other reasons I'll never be president" btw). The singer seems to be somewhat obsessed by the character Laney and jealous of the film's happy end and all.
