This song definitely has a lot of possibilities to it, but here's what I've come up with by thinking about it.
The Orgasmatron is basically the evil train seen on the cover of the album, obviously of an entity of the fantasy world. The first two sets of lyrics are about real life metaphorical Orgasmatrons that wreak havoc every day - Religion, and politics. The final lyric set is about the real train that's out to mess you up.
I don't know, that's all I could come up with.

My view on this is that we're just shown an apocalyptic view of the epitome of human destruction. The first third is about religion, with its own brutality. The second part is about politics, with the deceit, control and power. And the third part is about war, fought for wrong leaders for example.

My thoughts on the lemmys meaning for the song ..it’s about childhood , a child is in class his legs shake , he’s eyes wander outside his ears are only thing connection him to the lesson at hand . The bell rings the kid runs outside to recess. In your excitement you drop your apple on the sidewalk .. hours later your mom pick you up you buckle up in and your on your way . A crow picks up the discarded apple and takes off . Minutes later in flight he looses grip dropped the apple in contact with a motorcycle rider who loses control and smashes into your vehicle partially severing your mothers vertebral artery . Your hands are are covered in vanilla pudding and you struggle to remove seatbelt .there was nothing you can do .. 40 years later you live in Portland a stuggling musician and an addict .. one day as you sit next a Best Buy dumpster a crow lands next to you and starts picking at an apple core . You reflect on your life and turn to him and say “how about them apples “

"It refers to the three things that I hate most in life, organized religion, politics, and war. Things like people that go to church and cum in their pants while communing with Jesus Christ. It's all a bunch of bullshit. If you are really into that, you don't need to go to a church to talk to God, you can talk to Him anywhere, you know? Or if you join a political party and get your jollies off of that, when your party wins and all that. It's the herd instinct. The same thing with the war. They give you a nice new uniform and march you off to die."

what a fucking awesome song i prefer this version to the motorhead version
