I don't think he is necessarily mutilating her body... that sounds to me like an overinterpretation of the violence in the song-- although it really is just up to interpretation.

It sounds more figurative to me-- he hates women, and so he disrespects and dishonors them. He gets pleasure out of using them and throwing them away.

The colostomy bag represents his mind. It's filled with anger and disgust (shit), and he's about to lose it (the plastic is wearing out).

As per the chorus... perhaps he sees women's role in society as patched-up and repaired, because women try to act like normal people. When the singer sees women in front of him, tied down and naked, begging for disrespect and domination, they look like their innate, natural selves-- they finally look "seamless".

I'm a big fan of AMH's music and at the risk of someone Freudian accusations of me hearing what I want to hear (which I don't think I'm sick enough to want to hear this stuff) here is my interpretation of the lyrics. To me it sounds like he's saying that he's a psycho who likes to mutilate chicks he has sex with. Stink filled spasms in his colostomy bag seems to imply anal sex. He has sex with them and then he is "steeped in his misogeny (hate of women) so he cuts them open and runs his hands through her guts. She is seamless because he has not yet sewed her up yet. "Take me , Take my life" is what he hears the women saying to him in his head. I think this guy's got some issues with women but the music is so angry it's hard not like it.

this is my favorite AHC song, i love this song. Not so much because of the lyrics but just the beat and guitars. As soon as i heard it i fell in love with it...then i read the lyrics. Lol but still an awesome song.

This is my favorite AHC song too, but I think it sounded better on war of art than trepanation. I fucking think the singer for this band writes some of the best songs ever, he's just about up there with Dani from Cradle of Filth (not quite though). This band needs to stay more underground, I really don't want little new metal fucks getting obsessed with this band and getting introduced to more underground music. : - /

American Head Charge is a great band..this is a fun song to play...easy but fun.
