Song For The Suspect Lyrics

I can still watch those eyes
Crawling over her dress until
I could show you everything
But I don't have to hear the words
Cause I already feel your thoughts
So it comes as no surprise
That all the intent is real
And all the suspects are right

And if we stop
It all falls down

Cover my eyes
Obey my ignorance
To purify you
I'll only watch you rot
Without malicious intent
Your doubt resembles someone else
Stick the needles in me
Stick the needles in
Stick the needles in
Stick the needles in

And if we watch
It all come down
Breathe and let it go
Dropped and winding

Fuck your confession
Fuck your confusion
Fuck your confession
Fuck your confusion
Dissolve my insides
And make it hide

Crawling on dignity
That which you do to me
Hold on forever
The fair day we...

guess its talking about when you know somethings wrong but dont do anything about it. Like instead of saving it or you he'll "only watch you rot." I guess I dunno

Wondering why more people havn't commented on this song, This song has a very powerful meaning to me, as it describes exactly how I felt in the 'ends' of my last relationship. Anyway this is definatly one of my favorite by AHC but theres so many others.

to me, i see this at him talking to an ex, who cheated, or betrayed him. And "to purify you, i'd only watch you rot" i suspect means that the only way TO purify them is for them to die. i listened to this song quite a bit when me and my ex broke up, lol. But yeah AHC has some kick ass lyrics, i'm with Sahagiel
