This song is basically about standing up for yourself as an opressed citizen(the lines: confronting police and stand on your feet seem to put this point across nicely)

Max Cavalera was arrested and questioned more than several times in his teenage years by Brazillian police for the things he stood up for and believed in, during the writing Chaos ad, these times inspired him to write this anthem... \m/
