Everybody Lyrics

A cold morning I was looking out it was a cold day
Some bird was drinking from a table
Some bird he just flew away .

Everbody gottta feel the wheight of death sometime
Find out what it's like to be left behind
Sometimes you don't get a chance to ask where or why

So let it break the magic beuaty of your fragile mind x2

It's not a sign of weakness when your searching
for the places where the memories flow there
may come a time when you rearrange , you
may leave those memories behind
You've gotta let them go .

Everbody gottta feel the wheight of death sometime
Find out what it's like to be left behind
Sometimes you don't get a chance to ask where or why

So let it break the magic beuaty of your fragile mind x4

Everbody gottta feel the wheight of death sometime

Sometimes you don't get a chance to ask where or why

So let it break the magic beuaty of your fragile mind x 8

Still strong, move on, keep on Still Strong, move on, keep on
Still strong ,move on, keep on
Ahh

this very sad song, one i cant listen to. it's coping with memories of a special one and being able to move to another place, without being reminded of the past

An incredibly moving and beautiful song. "Sometimes you don't get a chance to ask where or why". And sometimes you don't get a chance to cope or move on. Nobody can say for certain, how they will handle the death of a loved one. Especially the death of a spouse. This song brings me to tears. I lost my very loved husband and was unable to cope and move on. After 10 years, life placed me in the path of a man who in 5 months time, brought me back into the life of the living and helped me to put those memories behind me and move forward. I came to love this man deeply and he has become my best friend and the most important person in my life. His time left with me is uncertain. His health is deteriorating rapidly. I fully understand what it's like to be the one left behind. My husband had my heart and took it with him when he died. I finally found it again and gave it to someone just to have it taken again. I have felt the weight of death for what I thought was far to long. But it seems life has a different opinion on that one. I know life gives no guarantees but If and when I find my heart again, I believe I will just hold on to it. I'm afraid I cannot afford to give it away again.

Just like to say that i read what you wrote and i was truly moved by your story and the connection you have with song.It truly is a sad song but an amazing song at that, the man is nothing short of genius with words. Is not fair to say that at least you had time with these loved ones and felt the love that you both shared? Its better to have loved and lost and never to have loved at all.I wish you all the best for the future and i hope in some way you find peace. take care....
