Sounds like she used to know someone who is now a movie star and she's trapped by aliens and wants this person to rescue her. Right.
It seems to me that the "spaceman" is an idol that she has had for a long time, like an astronaut, and even when she is older, she still wants him to save her like she did when she was a small child.
i dont think its about idols but more about the guy or in my case girl, that someone cant get. Like when you really like someone but they're always with someone else...that sounds like her situation.

I dont think when she says space man she means an idol or an actual space man, i think she just means that there is just something that she feels is in her way, and she needs help.
Perhaps by spaceman she means someone whos always far away, a spaceman being somone whos far away in space. I dunno. It does sound like an idol/celeb though.
