Lazy Eye Lyrics

The world spins 'round the secret lives
Of everyone that needs to hide
A cheap parade of endless lies
Filters through this lazy eye

And I don't believe in signs
No, I don't believe your lies

Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown

Lose yourself in no one's life
Trapped in nowhere's empty light
Words like fists that tear you down
Crash before we hit the ground

And I don't believe in signs
No, I don't believe your lies

Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown

And I don't believe in signs
No, I don't believe your lies
No, I don't believe your lies

Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown
Caught in the breakdown

Hmm... like when a girl's lying to you and you catch her. You don't have to accuse her or say anything, she knows it, and for some reason it's your fault.

What can you do? Get an electric and play this song as loud as you can.

Excellent tune.

(The world spins 'round the secret lives / Of everyone that needs to hide / A cheap parade of endless lies / Filters through this lazy eye) The world seems to revolve around people that have something to hide. Everyone seems to be lying or hiding something, but he sees through it all. (And I don't believe in signs / No, I don't believe your lies) He doesn't believe in the lies of the world. (Caught in the breakdown) He feels like he's caught in the breakdown of the world, and there's no way out. (Lose yourself in no one's life / Trapped in nowhere's empty light) Now it's about a girl who feels lost in her life, and feels like she's no one. She feels like she's trapped in an empty space. (Words like fists that tear you down / Crash before we hit the ground) There have been a lot of awful things said to her, and the words seem to tear her down, like being hit. Before she's torn all the way down to the ground, she crashes and gets caught in a breakdown.

That's what I make out of the song.
