@chessdogg I think you're on to something here. A few things fit. I know with some mental health shit mornings are a very low point, starve without missing a meal. Hairs in the sink... Could all work for a eating disorder.

the first verse reminds me of waking up after a one night stand and realizing the person you hooked up with isn't as attractive as you thought they were the night before

i think its about self loathing and regretting a one night stand (which unfortunley we've all been there at least once lol) but with "You say nothing without wasting a word" could be actions speaking louder than words, and "You looked better before, more more" would be the alcoholic haze clouding his judgement and "I did this to myself again" is an ongoing pattern of behaviour, the going out, getting drunk, picking up a stranger, waking up not only resenting the person next to you but yourself for what you've done
