I definatley think it has something to do with prostitution. Even if it isn't, it is still an intense fiery song I can't get enough of.

This is truly one of the best songs from the Pretty On The Inside album. Every word she sings and screams sends shivers down my spine (try saying that ten times fast).

I think this song could be about either prostitution OR drugs. They both make sense.

I always figured that this song is about drugs. I could be wrong, but I assumed that "I just get loaded" meant that she got high.

I think its not about prostitution in a literal sense...as in instead of sex for money its sex for power, etc...i think the first few lines sum it up-"the crown you get for falling down", meaning de so-called respect/admiration you get for sleeping around, in my opinion the song is supposed to be ironic.xXx

Also I wanna point out that I think the prechorus-'The pump and grind that I call my head The suck-milk nebula I use instead The suck cream-clot and the sweet milk udder'.. is about giving head lol, jus a suggestion but it makes sense...also-'Slut me open and suck my scars' Mite be like another way of sayin- use me and take away my pain...which is the cliche for how a Slut thinks

I think it's something about prostitution. The 'weird red light' could be a reference to the red light district (prostitutes) and getting 'loaded' is an obvious reference to sex.

K so I'll try to make this make sense heh. BUT then again, this is probably not right, but I'll try. I think it's about prostitution, and the invirement.

Blacklung coat and your little crown That's the crown that you get for falling down (blacklung might have something to do with the fact that hubs often are very smokey inside. Whore's get attention, (crown), but it's the attention you get for falling down)

She sees him standing in the weird red light, which might be, like have2mints said, a reference to the red light district, or just the red light that often is around dodgy stripplaces or downtown.)
