I think this song is about conformity...it's sort of obvious with the "you can be anyway that you wanna be, but how I'll be, well that's up to me" chorus
I love the part "johny will boss, janey will buy, spot will beg, but everyone dies". it's kind of sad, we can be anyway we wanna be, but instead we just act like we're supposed to.

no matter who you are and what mistakes you make, you die one day just like everyone else. "one little two little three little idiots.... all in suit and tie/dressed up to die" i think he has a very negative viewpoint of ppl that like to think theyre above others because of physical/superficial aspects. you can wear a nice suit, spend an hour combing your hair, wear a shit ton of makeup but, like the one armed man working in burger king, youre all going to the same place so why not look at everyone else in every class of life like a human, cuz thats exactly what you are as well.
