Gone Crazy Lyrics
Come back and be
Come back for free
Come back and stay child
Have you gone crazy
Molly, it must be fine
It seems so dreamy to be sublime
Molly has gone to Spain
Has gone with Venus to watch the rain
And it seems that's not the place where you belong
And it seems that's not the place where you belong
When there's no sun and there's no moon
And there's no stars child have you gone crazy
Come back and be
Come back for free
Come back and stay child
Have you gone crazy
Molly it must be fine
It seems so dreamy to be sublime
And Molly the whippoorwill
Has gone to space boy, she is there still
When there's no sun and there's no moon
And there's no stars child have you gone crazy
Come back for free
Come back and stay child
Have you gone crazy
Molly, it must be fine
It seems so dreamy to be sublime
Molly has gone to Spain
Has gone with Venus to watch the rain
And it seems that's not the place where you belong
When there's no sun and there's no moon
And there's no stars child have you gone crazy
Come back for free
Come back and stay child
Have you gone crazy
Molly it must be fine
It seems so dreamy to be sublime
And Molly the whippoorwill
Has gone to space boy, she is there still
When there's no sun and there's no moon
And there's no stars child have you gone crazy

I love this song, but I have absolutely no idea what it means.
I think its about like...leaving somebody behind, be it parents, siblings, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc. and one person or the other realizing things just aren't right without the other around.
Great song, especially the slow clear chords in the beginning. The meaning is a little obscure at first.
It seems like in the beginning he's trying to get a girl named Molly to stay, and not go to Spain or wherever it is where there are no stars, sun or moon. That could just be a metaphor for leaving him, as in breaking up with him. Either way, he's definitely trying to convince her to stay, but she left.
I'm not sure about this one, but I've always gotten the feeling that it's about Sherry Fraser as well.
I'm pretty sure that "When there's no sun And there's no moon And there's no stars" is just referring to the feeling you get when somebody very close to you leaves. The feeling that you've been abandoned, and that nothing matters anymore.
It seems so dreamy to be sublime...?? sublime?? no way i thought he was singing It seems so dreamy to be so blind! woops :P
lol i kinda like it better .... It seems so dreamy to be so blind
hellobosscoffeee I thought it was "It seems so dreamy to be so blind" too, and I too kinda like that better.
Hmmmmmmm I love listening to this while driving around in my Cadillac in Summer...the guitar makes everything seem infinite...
