this song is confusing to understand, but in my point of view is that he is getting tired of waiting for his girl to come and be with him and he is slowly fading away...

I love howie day!!! His lyrics are really hard to interpret thought. For the most part i believe that it's because of the colloquy. I love his accent too!! You can hear it on "secret".. my favorite song.
