Unwind Lyrics
Lay down your lucky hand, upon her heart
morning becomes a kite, tangled up in stars
laugh in the midday light, and leave - it behind
move out into his sundry eyes, and sing, unwind
Hang down your lucky head, a sign to time
morning becomes the sun, for the dandy line
sooner than the midday light, we leave behind
love is out into the sundry light, you sing, unwind
morning becomes a kite, tangled up in stars
laugh in the midday light, and leave - it behind
move out into his sundry eyes, and sing, unwind
morning becomes the sun, for the dandy line
sooner than the midday light, we leave behind
love is out into the sundry light, you sing, unwind

wow. oh wow. I never have heard this song ... but I just saw these lyrics, and I can't wait to hear it. these lyrics are just BEAUTIFUL ...
You must hear it. This song is utterly gorgeous, musically and lyrically, and the two go together perfectly. It's like a lullaby almost.
I think it is kind of a lullaby sung to Coco.

Modest mouse totaly copys this song for "Blame it on the Tetons" from Good news for People who Love Bad News
Yeah, with Modest Mouse, it may have been unintentional, maybe not. The country band Lonestar has a song called "Amazed" which has a different variation on the same riff, but i'm sure that's just coincidental. I highly doubt a country band would wanna rip off Sonic Youth.
