I think its about cooper being scared his girl may not like him because of his body or something about him. but i think that sounds a bit wrong.
I agree with jordand33. I was surprised that Alice Cooper would write a song with this sort of theme. Which made me realize that I tend to make groundless judgments about people I don't know. Therefore, Alice Cooper has made me a better person! YAY! XD (I am sugar and caffeine high right now, so bear with me.)
