The Final Act Lyrics

wide eyed sleepers death in motion daylight creepers wearing all night pain bleeding moments spilling over non-existing as they crawl out into a world that calls them real sign the contract it's the final act matter of fact better take a step back relax the show must go on no one so on and so on as if under mass hypnosis the wide eyed sleepers fall into mass graves they'll feel safer in the dirt their own opinions won't be heard if asked could you decide what any man is worth could you decide? they steal it with a handshake seal it with a smile it feels like an earthquake treats you like a child defeats you with your mistakes leaves you in denial deceives you in the first place lied to all the while they can't see anymore how their wide eyes have made them blind in spite of themselves

I think this song is about people that doesnt really care about themself, having someone else "ruling" their lifes, leading them with false ideals.

"Wide eyed sleepers" would then be the people being controlled. Jeffrey nothing sings about those people, while Jmann sings about how they lead them with false ideals.

This song is about death. Hence the title "The Final Act"

"wide eyed sleepers" people that are dead

"Sign the contract, it's the final act" the contract of eternity and death.

"matter of fact better take a step back, relax, the show must go on" I'm not sure about this but I believe it means not to rush everything and to take it slow, live life at the fullest while you are still living.

"they steal it with a handshake seal it with a smile it feels like an earthquake treats you like a child defeats you with your mistakes leaves you in denial deceives you in the first place lied to all the while " If anyone can help me out with the meaning of those lines since I still can't seem to figure out who J-Mann is referring to, it would be great.

"they can't see anymore how their wide eyes have made them blind in spite of themselves" I think here Scott is saying that they don't understand how they caused their own death. This goes hand in hand to what J is referring to in his final lines. If only I knew what J meant in those final lines.

I think The Final Act is about the Illuminati.

"Wide eyed sleepers" - Those who follow/are in the Illuminati. OR the people trying to expose it.

"Death in motion daylight creepers wearing all night pain bleeding moments spilling over non-existing as they crawl out into a world that calls them real." - I think this is about how those artists who "sell their soul" go through struggle at first, then they go into the world that idolizes them (when they get popular).

"Sign the contract it's the final act matter of fact better take a step back relax the show must go on no one so on and so on." - Sign the contract = join the Illuminati. Relax about it, they'll love you now. The show must go on, no one. = Reminding them of their past struggles as an artist, no one knew them, they're no ones. The Illuminati can find others if not them.

"As if under mass hypnosis the wide eyed sleepers fall into mass graves." = They sell their souls. OR, the people who are trying to expose it die.

"They'll feel safer in the dirt their own opinions won't be heard." = They make shitty pop/rap. Basic stuff. About love and drinking or what have you. The listeners won't hear their pain. OR, the Illuminati killed them because they didn't want to be trapped anymore. Their voices are silenced.

"If asked could you decide what any man is worth?" = I think this is mainly about the people trying to expose it. What are they worth? OR, how those who are in the Illuminati are worth much more to people.

"The steal it with a handshake seal it with a smile it feels like an earthquake treats you like a child." = The Illuminati takes them in. It is crazy. They treat you like a child as in they do everything for your rise to fame. You are their "child".

"Defeats you with your mistakes, leaves you in denial." = If you talk about the Illuminati on purpose, it will defeat you. Those in denial do not see how they sold their souls.

"Deceives you in the first place, lied to all the while." = You thought the fame would be great, but now you see the industry is terrible and want out.

"They can't see anymore how their wide eyes have made them blind in spite of themselves." = They are completely sold. Fame obsessed. Forget the old them.

I'm really high. I wonder if this will make sense to me in a few hours. Been looking into the Illuminati and was listening to this song, it just came to me.
