Guttermouth can be so clever sometimes! it's awesome...the world's is lacking some inteligence on music...and also, I think everone can easily relate to the lack of motivation and hopelessness...this song rocks.

Im not that big of a guttermouth fam neither. I like how the lyrics rhyme perfectly, but I dont really like the high pitched voice of the chrorus singer "fishin for a valid excuse", "fuck no, never have nothin to show" but the songs pretty good

As for what the song is actually about (yes I like it, obviously that's why I'm here in the first place)... It's an anthem for the talented slacker. Desiring the spotlight, but unwilling to show anything until it's impossibly perfect. So he just looks for excuse after excuse as to why he continues to fail at life. He's aware of his laziness, but doesn't change regardless.
