Worms Of The Senses/Faculties Of The Skull Lyrics
"They told me that the classics never go out of style, but... they do, they do. Somehow, baby? I never thought that... we do too."
I got a bone to pick with capitalism, and a few to break
Grab us by the throat and shake the life away
Human life is not commodity, figures, statistics or make-believe
And yeah, I like eating excrement, not getting paid for it
Play the guilt, play the fears and play the anxiety
Seduced by the opportunity and robbed of hope
Alienation is not commodity, figures, statistics or make-believe
Yeah! One more time, oww!
Marginalize away the joy and sell us boredom
And yeah, I like working doing nothing, not making anything
Blame the poor, blame the uneducated and blame the sick
I got a bone to pick, and a few to break
I got a bone to pick, baby
Yeah!
I took the first bus out of Coca-Cola city
It made me feel all nauseous and shitty
I took the first bus out of Shell town
Because they didn't want me hanging around
Yeah! Yeah! I took the first bus
Let's take the first bus outta here!
Let's go!
Yeah!
Grab us by the throat and shake the life away
Human life is not commodity, figures, statistics or make-believe
Play the guilt, play the fears and play the anxiety
Alienation is not commodity, figures, statistics or make-believe
Yeah! One more time, oww!
Marginalize away the joy and sell us boredom
Blame the poor, blame the uneducated and blame the sick
I got a bone to pick, baby

anything and everything dennis touches turns to gold.
"I took the first bus out of Coca-Cola city cause it made me feel nauseous and shitty."
so fuckin great
A great song to start one of the most explosive pieces of work i have heard in my life. Sets the stage to Dennis' fits of screaming and philosophies.
i wish the US was communist
The song does NOT start out with "I got a bone to pick with capitalism and a few to break"
it sounds like "Marginalise away the joy. and sells us boredom" thats what it SOUNDS like.. what does he really say"?????????
this is bugging me hardcore LOL
no it starts out liek that, i have the album and that it wat it say. it starts out as I got a bone to pick with capitalism and a few to break... This is a great song to start the overall tone for the album. AMAZING SONG!
minus the "they always say the classics never go out of style..." part
minus the "they always say the classics never go out of style..." part
even the techno part at the end.
even a well done techno bit at the end indeed, just shows the musical genius. The song is just Dennis having a go at the capitalist culture and how sick of it he is. How we are all born as consumers and how he has done his best to get out of that "i took the first bus out of coca-cola city" and "Shell Town". Probably also talking about the general bouigeoisie "blame the poor, blame the uneducated and blame the sick", the rich pointing out the problems at the poor and using them as a scapegoat for all the problems in society.
BUY THIS CD IF YOU DON'T OWN IT. hands down one of the best cds i have in my collection
Best 8 minute song ever
