This is such a lovely song. The way Harriet's voice and the guitar complement each other is just beautiful.

This song gives me such goose bumps just remembering it! What an angelic voice.
It's a pretty song, but has an almost creepy sound to it. Life and Soul sounds like any day at the beach, but really taking in the moment and bearing you life(and soul) while in the water.
If anything, it's a very introspective song that, to me, begs not to be interpreted literally...I feel bad now =P
