I think this is one of those where most if not all of the lyrics are David's - at least I know from an interview that the "kicked a boy" lines definitely are. The rest seems to tie in with the questions of self-worth from "Skin and Bones".

These may not be the exact lyrics, another site may not have the exact lyrics either, yeah there was this chick who meant to put me in good places, though everything got shifted around and turned upwisde down, gthough i suppose the upsdie is aeverything ought turn upright again, Bush might dyslexicode for trying to mean something but harboring lots of hypocrasy, I would fix that I will in due timing
