Freaky, dancey bit of psychedelia. Lyricwise, seeing the whole world, albeit through a possibly drug-addled lens, and losing one's own identity in it's vastness, like an amnesiac.
I think this song is some kind of free-associative poem akin to surrealism... Very dark but yet dreamy. Don't think there's a true meaning but I might be wrong.

The last verse has the more meaningful message to humanity, America, etc, whereas the other verses could be more personal. I agree, everything Human is wrong, at least it is commonly seen this way.
