Water And Solutions Lyrics
When rumours of aliens were true
When I found out one of them was you
Bought fortunes from carnival seers, saw them through
Soon, a light on
Stand up, turn and face me
Believe what you believe
Don't just stand there suffering
Talking about your freedom
Soon, a light on
Soon my doubles will pull off all of my stunts
Water and solutions; fires left ablaze, pleasure in the problems
If I could give them all away, what's left for me?
Define God is all I want
To treat me love as me
When I found out one of them was you
Bought fortunes from carnival seers, saw them through
Believe what you believe
Don't just stand there suffering
Talking about your freedom
Soon my doubles will pull off all of my stunts
If I could give them all away, what's left for me?
Define God is all I want
To treat me love as me

why do i relate to this song so much?
this song does something that attracts you i think its about how you believe in certain things and other people go a different way basically your walking to the beat of a different drummer
This song is defiently about something but i think the part "dont just stand there suffering talking about your freedom" is about how people who actually havnt found God will try to get to you belive in God when they dont even know what they are saying. Im thinking the last part is probably about how maybe some of the bad things in life is all he has so if you take them away he wont have anything.
Yeah thats just an idea but i really dont have much of an idea
It's gorgeous. It made me cry which is embarassing but hey. I'll deal. Very special song.

seems like it's about people with no convictions or beliefs, he's telling them to 'stand up, turn and face me' and believe what they believe.
also, some of the lines 'pleasure in the problems', 'fortunes from carnival seers, saw them through', and 'don't just stand there suffering...' make me think it's about hypochondriacs and how annoying they are. but i doubt it.

I'm pretty sure he says "To drink my love away" or "dream my love away" not to treat me love as me Maybe "To treat MY love as me." Or that's what I always heard. But the first three lines make me think of somebody figuring ou there friend is an Alien and then making lots of money by seeling them to the circus. I'm almost positive that's not what it's about though.
