Love, American Style Lyrics
"I know you," she said, "You're that guy from my TV!
You're that guy who killed all those kids!"
We got off to a pretty good start.
"Oh, boy, look what we've won!
Ohboyohboyohboyohboy!"
Love, American Style
"Oh, yeah, um...which one?
Geraldo or Montel or good old Oprah?
All those shows are one.
The eating of brains and the bleeding of hearts,
it all makes for some pretty cool art."
We got off to a pretty good start.
We got off.

This song is obviously about America's love for shitty tv. It's not beneficial for our minds, but it sure pulls at our emotions. He has a love/hate relationship with tv. The older he gets, the more trashy tv gets. It was all good when he was young and tv was more wholesome.
