It should also be "Picture a Nigga hidin', my life in that man's hands, while he's just deciding." It makes even more sense with the next verse that follows up afterwards.
Also I like the line "Ron laughin'" but I actually always thought he said "long lasting'", referring to that vision in his head. Anyways love this song.
