Good cover, and I'm very skeptical of beatle covers. I love these guys, why can't they rock like they used to?
Well, I think they rocked throughout their whole career, but responding to your comment is useless now, since you posted it in 2002....
The cover reflects the more pop-oriented music they've been striving for since Tiny Music...
It's not a pefect cover, but, with covers, I like to pretend whoever is covering the song really wrote it, and judge it from there. Besides for Weiland straining his voice a couple of times through the song, STP do a good job...
