She's irresistible and he wants her more than anything, no matter what.

This makes me think that he tries to convince her to stay with him despite the fact she doesn't want to.

"You're sure no good for me So what's it gonna be? It's up to you to choose I'll make an offer you can't refuse"

Maybe she has nothing in common with him and he knows that they'll never work out, but as he says, he just wants physical pleasure with her. Just hold her.
