The song has no meaning; just a psychedelic experiment that got buried on a b-side and as a hidden track on the US release of "Modern Life Is Rubbish."
Sounds like somebody shot himself in the head. Probably has something to do with the locket from the girl he once loved. Not every line makes sense though.
