I don't understand why you insist on calling this song "the gas was low". The name is "About An Hour Ago". It has no subtitle.
Oar is incredible live, i saw them last night for the second time. I'm an avid concert goer and I'd have to say that besides Dave Matthews that was the best live performance i'd ever seen. This whole CD (the wanderer) sounds like one incredible road trip. This song just makes me wanna go jump in my passport and take a road trip with the windows down and OAR blasting.
I may sound like a fool asking but what is "the big grass show"? If it were by Sublime or guns 'n' roses or some other band i would think it referring to ganja but whatever just answer.
Sorry I don't know about "the big grass show" question but I just wanted to say how much I love this song and I love how it has this kind of carefree feeling. O.A.R. can really capture stuff like that, espeically in concert, as everyone's been saying. I'm going to my fifth O.A.R. concert this friday and i can't wait, they're one of the best live bands ever.
I love how some of this bands song are just so gooffy you can only laugh at them and i totally think they are meant to be that way. I love a band who is able to goof off and just have some fun and sing about some road trip and a party and pretty girls. Just makes me want to hang out with good friends sip brrrrrrrrs and shoot the shit while this plays in the background.
