Rock 'n Roll McDonalds Lyrics
McDonald's is the place to rock
it is a restaurant where they buy food to eat
it is a good place to listen to the music
people flock here to get down to the rock music
Rock 'n Roll McDonald's (4x)
McDonald's will make you fat
they serve big macs
they serve quarter pounders
they will put pounds on you
Rock 'n Roll McDonald's (4x)
McDonald's hamburgers are the worst
they are worse than Burger King
a big mac has 26 grams of fat
a quarter pounder has 28 grams of fat
Rock 'n Roll McDonald's (4x)
Rock over London, rock on Chicago!
Wheaties, breakfast of champions!
it is a restaurant where they buy food to eat
it is a good place to listen to the music
people flock here to get down to the rock music
they serve big macs
they serve quarter pounders
they will put pounds on you
they are worse than Burger King
a big mac has 26 grams of fat
a quarter pounder has 28 grams of fat
Wheaties, breakfast of champions!

This is a very complex song. It goes much deeper than surface looks. Willis is expressing our views of life, and death... He is almost ripping at our very souls with his crude lyrics and poor singing as if to say "I am human, I am man, I am all". Or I could be wrong, it could just be some whacko singing about McDonalds.
I completely agree with moozig, this song is very complex. But I think it is about Wesley's ex-girlfriend and how he views lon-term relationships. "ROCK ON LONDON, ROCK ON CHICAGO WHEETIES !!!! BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS" This line is obviously a metaphor on how Wesley views the political system of the mid 17th century in London, which we all know Wesley knows too much about...... OR MAYBE HE'S JUST SOME DRUNKEN HOMELESS GUY WITH A SYTHESIZER..... WHO KNOWS :(
Great theories on his music. I think your both right. Or maybe he his just some homeless guy, whatever. He rocks the hell out of me.
wesley willis is actually declaring fatigue and frustration with the greed off the upper class. they feed us fast food and hormone treated beef to fatten us for slaughter.
or he could be some schizo street urchin who likes head butting passers-by.
HAHAHA
man, this song is deep. i mean this guys really gets into some crazy shit about life and how all things come to an end sometime. i still cant figure the entire thing out.
he sounds like tracy morgan on snl when he does the homeless guy skit with britney spears.
lol tracy is hella funny. i think you're all probably right.
...I don't know if you guys are serious are not with the deepness, I can't tell if your just kidding. But I don't think this song is about anything but McDonalds. I've heard Wesley Willis (not to be disrespectful) is semi-retarted, or at least has some kind of special thing about him. He thinks he is a big rapper and wets himself when he is on stage if he gets too excited. He was homeless and only had a 80s Casio keyboard from K-mart, and if you notice the music in his songs are the built-in music from the keyboard, with the occasional fill-in. I love Wesley Willis, and I'm sure you could look deeper in his songs and find some great meainings, but I bet all that was in his mind when he wrote this was McDonalds.
I think Willis explains the depths of depression one faces in the battle against the bulge. The way he expresses the fact that McDonald's will fatten you up, using it's "rock and roll" to entice you to stay there and eat.
Just think about those grams of fat, man.
I just watched Super Size Me today and i believe this song was in it. Anyone else hear it in that movie? If u dont know what movie it is its a documentary about a guy who eats nothin but McDonalds for 1 month, go see it
