I get this feeling as you walk away
A million hearts will break in two
But they don't know the games that you can play
So they will always follow you

Every time you move, everybody grooves
I can't help thinking it's alright (alright)
You just gotta walk, see the people talk
I like to watch you party

'cause everybody wants ya
When everybody sees ya
The world is full of dreamers
But I'm a great believer
And I'm no fool, 'cause I got you

I see the way you act like you don't know
There's something 'bout your attitude
And it don't matter how far you go
'Cause I'm the one that's going home with you

You just gotta bump, see the people jump
I can't help thinking it's alright (alright)
When you do your thing everybody swings
They like to watch you party

'Cause everybody wants ya
When everybody sees ya
The world is full of dreamers
But I'm a great believer
And I'm no fool, 'cause I got you

I just wind you up and let you go
And I watch you in wonder
To see the look upon your face
I'd say you already know

'Cause everybody wants ya
When everybody sees ya
The world is full of dreamers
But I'm a great believer

'Cause everybody wants ya
When everybody sees ya
The world is full of dreamers
But I'm a great believer
And I'm no fool, 'cause I got you

There's a person that is loved by everyone and everyone wants to follow in his footsteps. He's highly respected and the toast of every group, party, whatever there is. But there's this other person that is kinda botherd by it, which is the person singing the song, but they can't shake the feeling that it's okay that everyone wants to be like him cause he's not harming anyone. This person can see right through him and she can see what he's really like, and she's not falling for his tricks like everyone else is. This song is I guess kinda like "Everybody's fool" by Evanescence but on a lighter note. I also get the feeling that the person singing this song had a relationship with this popular guy when she sings, "But they don't know the games that you can play" as if she knows what games they are and he played them with her. So she really knows what he's all about but the others are blind to his true personality.
