The Hands Lyrics

Ah, these nights setting the Christmas trees on fire,
they always end

up with somebody crying, All these nights setting the christmas

trees on fire they always end up with somebody crying

your buddy's crying

it's always never ending

Now I've got that stare and I'm ready to die,
Now I've got that stare and I'm ready to die.
(I just said it, it must be true)

Explain water to the fish!

so, the last part sounds like it repeats,

"so i got this stare and i'm ready to die" about seven times, then it sounds more like, "i got this sare (sair?) and i'm ready to die"

and then "it's like water to a fish!" is repeated twice throughout the previous verses repeating.

your take?

At the end of the song i thought he said (the rather haunting):

" Now I've got that stare and I'm ready to die."(3x)
