i don't know, i always thought that this "cat" was depression, when he says "don't think you're safe, that cat will be back again someday", like he's saying "i know you're feeling okay right now but you will feel bad again, so enjoy this time". and this elisabeth is probably someone younger, maybe a daughter or a sister, who knows

i really like the lyrics to this GR song, it's almost as if it reads like a story. unreal...
hmm i already commented but i just got back into them, i think he's probably talking to his daughter or something, as he's watching her sleep. at least that's what it feels like that's what he's doing. but what this cat is i don't know...

that's what i thought it was about too
its beautful. i can listen to this song, and just get little chills. cause of the way everything just fits in right. all the pieces fit, and make their way up my spine to my fingertips. the gloria record, and the appleseed cast have a knack for striking me that way...
is this about jesus when he says:

but why does he refer to JC as the arctic cat? i'm certainly interested in this kind of stuff
